BIO
Claude Gaston (CJ) is a seasoned audio engineer with nearly a decade of experience at
Paramount Recording Studios, where he's worked with top artists like Nipsey Hussle, Soulja
Boy, and Ray J. Born in Inglewood, CA, and raised in Denver, he discovered his passion for
music at 13. While attending Denver School of the Arts as a theater major, he gained
recognition for his music. Claude later earned a bachelor's in liberal studies/theater from North
Carolina A&T University, where his musical influence continued to grow.
After trying his hand as an independent artist in Los Angeles, Claude shifted gears and pursued
audio engineering at the Musicians Institute. Just two months after completing the program, he
was hired at Paramount. Alongside his work there, he founded Pink House Family, a production
company that hosted comedy and art shows and operated its own studio.
Today, Claude is still active at Paramount and continues to work with a strong roster of clients,
earning his reputation as a respected figure in the industry. He's a cool guy.
