The Traveler

On a quiet Christmas Eve, a small-town police station is nearly empty. Officers sip coffee and chat about holiday plans when a weary, bloodstained man walks in. His voice is calm but unsettling as he states, “I’m here to confess to murder.”

At first, the officers assume he’s just another drunken drifter, but something in his gaze makes them uneasy. As they question him, he describes gruesome details matching unsolved cases from years past. However, when they check the records, they find the impossible—these crimes happened in different cities, across different decades. Stranger still, the man doesn’t seem to have aged at all.

The night descends into horror as the stranger reveals chilling secrets about the officers' own lives. An eerie presence fills the room, and they begin to suspect the truth: he may not be an ordinary man but a traveler—through time… or between worlds.
