Join us as the "Teacha" breaks down complex spiritual ideas into practical exercises that help us understand the true essence of the soul beyond the physical body.

Exercise to locate the soul (00:00 - 00:53):
KRS-One guides listeners through a mental exercise, instructing them to say "hip hop" internally without moving their mouths. He then asks, "Who just spoke?" to prompt reflection on the inner voice or consciousness.
5000-year-old technique (00:53 - 01:51):
KRS-One explains that ancient systems, such as those in Egypt and Ethiopia, emphasized the importance of "knowing thyself" through the internal voice, a practice that reveals one's true self beyond the physical body.
The inner voice and hearing without the body (01:51 - 02:58):
